Single sessions bought in advance expire 365 days after purchase. HSA/FSA: packages and memberships are prepaid—check whether your plan reimburses prepaid sessions. We prefer to reschedule appointments rather than refund. If Sauna Hut cancels your appointment, you'll get a full refund. Packages and gift cards are non-refundable.
