Kameel's specialty sessions
These Mindbody offerings are available only with Kameel. Standard 30-, 60-, and 90-minute therapeutic massage remains bookable with Sean, Elizabeth, or Kameel.
Intra Oral Therapy · 45 min · from $90
An intraoral session focuses on the muscles inside the mouth—including the jaw, cheeks, and floor of the mouth—to release deep tension that external massage can't fully reach. Using gloved hands, Kameel works gently but precisely on these internal tissues. The 45-minute session pairs 15 minutes of dedicated intraoral treatment with 30 minutes on the upper back, shoulders, neck, and face. Optional add-ons include hot towels, hot stones, or facial cupping.
- • Relief from TMJ pain, clicking, or locking
- • Reduced jaw clenching and grinding (bruxism)
- • Eased tension headaches and facial tightness
Manual Lymphatic Drainage · 30 min · from $70
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a gentle, rhythmic technique that uses light, precise strokes to stimulate the lymphatic system—encouraging lymph flow and supporting the body's ability to clear excess fluid. Sessions typically begin at the neck and move through affected areas with slow, feather-light pressure, far gentler than traditional massage. Kameel is the only therapist at Sauna Hut who offers this work.
- • Reduced swelling and fluid retention
- • Relief from heaviness, pressure, or discomfort
- • Gentle support for recovery and relaxation
