Sauna Hut is a wellness studio in Seattle's Green Lake neighborhood specializing in therapeutic full-spectrum infrared sauna sessions, clinical massage therapy, and red light therapy. We provide non-invasive wellness services designed to support muscle recovery, relief of muscle and joint pain and stiffness, improved circulation, stress reduction, and sleep.

Book individually or combine for a therapeutic recovery stack. Our non-invasive therapies support everyday wellness and may also serve a legitimate medical purpose when used to treat or manage a diagnosed condition. For that medical use, they're HSA/FSA eligible with a letter of medical necessity from your clinician; general wellness use doesn't qualify.
